Infrared Sauna
A recent addition to our specialist services at R3 Healthcare. Saunas have been used by Finnish people for approximately 1000 years to improve their health in various ways.
Remedial Massage/Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is the application of hands on therapy to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues to achieve the goals of the treatment. Manual Therapy include Remedial/Sports Massage, Stretching, Muscle Energy Technique among various others.
Taping
Taping can form an integral part of the overall treatment plan. I am well versed in a variety of taping techniques including Rigid Taping, Kinesiology Taping, Functional Fascial Taping and various others.
Exercise prescription and Rehabilitation
Depending on assessment/s and the goal of your treatment exercises may be prescribed to assist in your recovery. In the event that a patient requires more complex care, I have a broad range of colleagues to whom I can refer for further advanced exercise prescription.
